Not sure. I liked Norm. They said they were OK with the fact that 20% of customers hated him, because at least they were talking about KFC. Makes sense. Any publicity is good publicity, sort of thing. But as quick as they're going through them, it almost seems like it was their plan. I haven't seen who the new one is. If it's another SNL guy, I'd be inclined to think this was planned.
