On Tuesday, after the games were over, an owner accepted my trade of me sending Brandon Phillips for Jon Lester.

On Wednesday it was revealed that Phillips was injured.

The owner is demanding, and commish agrees, that the trade should be overruled since the injury happened before the trade was accepted, but only revealed after the trade.

Thoughts? This is for a money league.

Commish is my friend, the other guy is not but works with the commish. The other guy probably won't make the playoffs, whereas I am currently tied for second. Commish is in sixth place.

I say tough luck for him and trade should stand. What if the injury wasn't revealed until tomorrow or next Wednesday or whenever? Doesn't sound like a good precedent to set for your league.
