Cutler here, but you should add Ponder to the list. He's better than a half a dozen listed.

I voted for Freeman. He had a down year, but things are looking up for him with VJax in town and another year under his belt. It was either him or Bradford.

Hes a steal at this point
As a Bradford owner, I ran the hypothetical 1for1 with Freeman in our 2qb dynasty league. I think they are very closely bunched. Bradford suffered through injuries to himself and his line last season. Now he's got a proven coach and might just have Justin Blackmon. Tossup at this point.

Honestly at this point they all have their warts and they all have at least something attractive about them. From about 13-21 we get a hodge podge of guys some will love and some will hate. A "steal" is in the eye of the beholder.

No way. Not with his neck and age.
I would have to agree with Manning, and here's why....In most leagues (10, 12, and likely even 14 teams, start 1 QB), you already have one of the above QBs as your "#1", so right now you're looking for depth. Unless you have Brees or Brady or maybe Romo as your "starter", you already have a QB that's still fairly young. With your "#2" QB you're looking for the most upside, and that would be Manning over guys like Freeman or Bradford. If Manning does "break down" due to age/neck, you still have the other guy as your #1QB, and that guys is young enough that you have time to find another capable QB in the next few years.Example - in my league the guy who has Cam has Peyton, and he's thrilled. Cam is his #1, but if someone else loses their QB and Peyton is holding up, he can trade Manning for a king's ransom.....

Voted Locker. I believe he wins the job in TEN this training camp. IMO he has nice weapons (Britt, CJ, Cook, etc.)and should add on some very nice rushing totals. If he starts 14+ games I think he's a top 15 QB in standard scoring leagues this season. He put up good fantasy nu,bers when givena chance last year, as a rookie w/o Britt.

Def. in the Bradford/Dalton/freeman tier for me, with serious upside.
