Barkley vs GB

RG3 vs BUF

I need to choose one that is safe. I have a strong team otherwise. I don't need a homerun hitter. I need a QB that will safely get me average points.

Barkley--not even close.

Feels strange to recommend Barkley, but here we are. I could see an argument for Petty, but Barkley is producing and gets Jeffery back this week.

Do you get negatives for turnovers?  That may affect my choice between Barkley and Petty.   

RG3 has injury risk (as always)

Petty could throw 12 int's. 

Barkley has been solid every outing and gets Jeffrey back which should help.

I go Barkley (regardless of the turnover question answer)  as you stated you are looking for the highest floor.
