While I'm not a huge Henry fan, I wouldn't do this deal.  Who were you hoping to get at 1.06?  Henry showed flashes in the passing game and will almost certainly have the backfield this season.  It may be worth another look post-draft.

Do you have someone in mind?  That would be the only way I make this move.  You have a somewhat known commodity that has huge upside if utilized correctly and has shown he can get it done at the NFL level.  The pick is a crapshoot.  At this point you don't know any landing spots.   The only way I make this deal is if you have a player that is typically in the 6-9 range that you really believe will be better than Henry and that you will legitimately have a chance at getting. 

Otherwise hold off and wait and see.  Maybe make the trade conditionally......waiting until the pick is on the clock and if the player you want is there then pulling the trigger.
