2 to 2?this could be the first game in history were both teams score negative points. Not sure how they will do it, but dont count them out.
as a Giants fan living in Northern NJ, part of me wants to see the J-e-t-s lose to the hapless Dolphins, I'd LOVE to see it happen! I have plenty of friends that are Jets fans, and I love watching their fits every sunday when the Jets lose...Win #1 coming up!![]()
The Dolphins and jets all time record is pretty much split. But, remember, this is a rivalry dominated by the Jets, they almost always beat Miami in games like this..the way the JETS defense has played , or at least the front 7, I'd imagine they'll get after Beck quite a bit and stuff the run..I can see the Jets winning something like 28-24..
yup, Jets 44-38-1 although they have won 15 out of the last 19 I thinkThe Dolphins and jets all time record is pretty much split. I can fathom them losing pretty much any day.I was rooting for miami until san fran pulled out that miracle win -- now I have to switch over to jets.sorry, miami.I just cant fathom Miami losing this game today.
I follow your logic, e. And I had somewhat forgotten the stakes of this game that youre eluding to. Thanks for the reminder. This is really a win/win. But I just cant stomach the thought of a team losing every one of their games. No matter the stakes. What a double-edged butter knife this one's shaping up to be.I can fathom them losing pretty much any day.I was rooting for miami until san fran pulled out that miracle win -- now I have to switch over to jets.sorry, miami.I just cant fathom Miami losing this game today.

David Harris will have something to say about that. The streak being broke in the Jets/Dolphins game...Thomas Jones will score a TD.
IMO, they need to clean house from the GM down.I don't get it.All joking aside, Miami isn't close to being the worst team ever. They've got a lot of young talent, especially on defense. Yet they may have the worst record ever. Can't believe it...
me neither. it's just weird how they keep losing games.I don't get it.All joking aside, Miami isn't close to being the worst team ever. They've got a lot of young talent, especially on defense. Yet they may have the worst record ever. Can't believe it...
WRONG!J-E-T-SJets jets Jets!MIA gets their 1st win.
Not exactly a Dolphins expert here, but I think calling out Beck and Ginn as busts is far fetched. This is a bad team that lost its best player (Ronnie Brown) to season ending injury, and traded its best WR for a future pick. Marty Booker is probably the best WR they have right now, and they are relying on a very banged up Jesse Chatman as their starting RB. I didn't see the game today, but I thought Beck looked decent in that horrible field game vs the Steelers last week. I saw his receivers let him down time after time with dropped passes, and stumbling out of their breaks. I would think that Dorsey would be their guy. Defensive lineman play a premium position, and the Dolphins certainly could use a stud there. It's a good thing these guys (cam & co.) are professionals. With Ted Ginn and John Beck, this team is set for years to come. The only problem is that the object is to win games not pick #1 over and over again.
