Dalvin Cook was in my Flex Spot, but is now listed as out, who do I start instead?

My options are:

Baldwin vs. Oakland but he has sucked this year.

or the following Free Agent possibilities

Grant or Rodgers from Indy since Hilton and Doyle are out. Grant is slated for more points but Rodgers seems to be having the better season.

Sanu vs. TB. Tampa sucks but Sanu looks to be third on the depth chart.

Who would you choose? Yahoo mostly standard scoring but with 0.5 point per reception.
