With McCoy being inactive should I consider inserting Damien Williams into my flex 2 spot instead of OBJ vs Bills.  Half point PPR league.

I'd go Beckham. I don't think McCoy's status matters, KC's backfield is going to be a 3-man RBBC regardless.
