Comments from Carolina Panthers Head Coach John Fox following the team's morning training camp practice.

On injuries: Dan Morgan is going to be day-to-day with a slight knee sprain. We don't want to push that at this point in the season. It's not anything real serious but something that we have to deal with. Brandon Short (foot) is day-to-day. He's out here getting his treatment and rehab. Karl Hankton's shoulder is still a little tender, so we'll keep continuing to rehab that.

Updating previous reports, Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the five-year contract extension Carolina Panthers LB Dan Morgan received is worth $28 million, including $10 million in bonus money over the first two years of the contract.
