Danny Amendola in leagues that count kick return yds (1 Viewer)

My scoring system is .5 PPR plus 1 pt per 20 kick/punt return yards. Here's what he's scored week by week in that system:

Week 1 - 12.2

Week 2 - 5.9

Week 3 - 9.65

Week 4 - 8.05

Week 5 - 15.35

Week 6 - 9.3

Week 7 - 20.3

Week 8 - 14.7

Week 9 - BYE

Week 10 - 20.7

He's recently been returning punts as well as kicks, which I think earlier he was only doing kick-offs. Also, since Clayton went out, he's moved up the depth chart. He doesn't get a lot of yards, so in non-PPR and non kick return leagues, his value is pretty low, but in my system, even without the recent string of TDs, he's close to a lock for 10 pts per week at a minimum. I'm having a hard time keeping him on the bench.

What do others think? I'd be curious what kind of value people see in Amendola based on their league format, because I think his value varies greatly depending on PPR, kick returns, etc.

I'd say so. My opponent started him yesterday and his points were constantly ticking upward. Every week he's been a productive player except for a few games early in the season. Really frustrating when you play against a guy like this because he's constantly getting targeted or returning some type of kick. I wouldn't hesitate to start him.

he's been an every week starter for me since week 5 in my ppr return league. (1pt/10 PR yd and 1pt/25 KR yd) but we start 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex

averaging 15 pts per week during those starts (20 this week).

Same situation for me. He's been a key for me this season, especially since he was a preseason waiver pickup. The return yardage and full PPR bonus makes his scoring floor rather high, and he's even been getting targeted in the red zone more frequently. I'd probably call him an official "stud" in these kinds of leagues.

I read on a competitor site that Champ will be guarding him. That seems strange.... Anyone else hear this?

This guy is amazing in return/ppr leagues. People who had him probably just won their playoff game.
:yucky: have him, Sproles and Ford. Amendola has been the most consistent and ranked #34 overall just ahead of Turner ,SJax, Nicks.
