Darrius Heyward-Bey - WR, OAK - Questionable (1 Viewer)

Nothing definite as of yet:

Coach Dennis Allen said Derek Hagan will start Sunday's game against the Saints if Darrius Heyward-Bey (hamstring) is inactive.

RW has now added their take:

Heyward-Bey appears to be on the wrong side of a questionable tag. If Hagan does get the nod, he'll be the "Z" receiver opposite Denarius Moore but a mere desperation PPR option. When DHB sat out at Denver Week 4, Hagan ended up with just two catches for 18 yards. This time, of course, he'd be facing the Swiss cheese Saints' secondary. Still, slot man Rod Streater and rookie Juron Criner project to steal targets.

Heyward-Bey seemed to be on the wrong side of the questionable fence, but he is indeed giving it a go against the Saints. He was injured in Wednesday's practice and missed Thursday and Friday's sessions. At less than 100 percent, we don't feel good about DHB's chances of being a major contributor. Nov 18 - 2:43 PM
