Are you counting week 17 where savage threw 25 yards total?

I guess I was looking at all three of the games savage started.

Taking away the last game doesn't change it much though in term of targets and catches, and he very well could have had the same numbers week 17 if savage stayed in the game.

23 targets in those 2 games from a QB thrown into the fire who now has had a whole offseason to work with the team.  I'll take it.

EDT:  2 games vs the 11th and 5th best passing D in the league.

But Watson is the long term answer and he could very well be a disaster. He'll be playing soon and get at least a couple of years no matter how it goes.
