Dear Motorized Scooter Fat Guy (1 Viewer)

Twice now I've seen a guy on Beach Drive (kinda long road through DC and MD that winds through Rock Creek Park... 2 lanes, yellow lined middle) who is shirtless, wearing a Walkman, and jump roping down the road. Beach Drive has a bike path next to it, like 10 feet away. But this guy thinks its his right to jump freaking rope down the road. My wife has seen him once. So, he does this somewhat regularly.

A Walkman?

First time I saw him I thought it was an iPod. 2nd time, I payed closer attention and noticed that yes, its a walkman tape player.

The whole thing could not possibly be more ridiculous.
