A new manager in our 10 player keeper league proposed two trades...
Deebo Samuel & Breece Hall for Derrick Henry, George Pickens & Drake London
I'd be getting the Henry side of the trades.
I'm on the fence. Breece isn't my top RB, I've also been given a trade where I'd get Jonathan Taylor.
McCaffrey, Achane, Judkins, Warren, Montgomery and Mixon (IR) are my other RB's (only 4 can be played).
The Taylor trade is a no brainer for me to accept as I'm not sure why the manager was offering it, so if I take either iteration of this trade is have an RB corps of: Taylor, CMC, Henry, Achane, Judkins, Warren, Mixon (IR)
At WR I'm a bit thinner as I lost Tyreek Hill, Nacua is banged up, Tre Tucker has only had that one great week, and Jayden Reed (IR).
I suspect once Lamb is back Pickens value may decline?
Sitting at 6-0, #1 seed, top PF. Playing my league rival next week, though Josh Allen is on bye so I'm either rolling with Goff or someone else off the wire.
Just looking for some outside perspectives on the trade in case there is something I'm not seeing. In case anyone is curious on the aforementioned Taylor trade I was proposed it is Taylor, Addison, Aubrey, 3rd round pick for Hunter Henry, Montgomery, Goff, Fairbairn, 2nd round pick.
I'm suspecting the manager is a Lion's fan, and this team is 5-1 (would be 6-0 if they had started Dowdle last week as they have Hubbard). If they're gonna give me the winning end of a trade I'm not gonna say no. Heck, I got CMC via a winning trade because the manager was a Pats fan and wanted Gronk in the twilight of his career.
At any rate I appreciate any opinions/advice, thanks!
