Giants play Eagles tonight. The D has been solid but I've heard from giants fans they historically the play bad in Philly, and it's a Thursday night game which are always tough to call.
On the other hand, Packers have been a top 5 D over the past 3 weeks, are at home (could be snowing) and have inept Bradford to feast on. Plus they have to essentially win out to make the playoffs and seem motivated (yes they did give up a ton of points to the bears but came away with a good stat line, and Bradford isn't known to sling it).
