"0" means you think Denver has no shot.

"10" means you think Denver will absolutely win.

Or anything in between.

I'm going with 3 or 30%. If Tebow plays like he did today against N.E bad defense Brady will have to work much harder than last game.

A 4, Broncos were in the game until all those turnovers in the last game. If they win the turnover battle, they have a decent shot.

They have a punchers chance. If Brady stays clean and Tebow can't hit his receivers with more consistency than today then I don't see Denver staying close. If New Engand gets up big, say 17 or more points, at any point in the game then it's over.

Denver had NE on the ropes in that game, until the two fumbles in the second quarter. Had Denver not fumbled, and got the points on this drives who knows what would of happened? I give Denver a better than 50% chance on winning this game. Denver has the better Defence and Defence still wins in the playoffs.

The Pats let up 3 points per game less than the Broncos this year.

last time the Patriots won a playoff game was 2008 and the D gives up 411yds a game
And in the previous season they won 16 games and lost in the SB. In 2004 they won it all. Last year the Steelers went to the SB, How did that affect the game today?

Even with my homer glasses on--5. The Broncos are a young team and Brady is Brady. It will take a defensive/special teams score for Denver to make this game close...

Its pretty clear Tebow is leading the Broncos to the Super Bowl this year. God just threw us off the trail for a few weeks.

2. I don't like their chances cuz Brady also excels in tebows best quality (leadership)

More importantly, the pats offense is just gonna be too much for the broncos d to keep them in the game, which is what needs to happen for Denver to have a chance.

No shot. Blew their wad today...will be spent emotionally and regress to form of a sucky offense. Brady does his thing and its not even close.

About the same as the chances Brady will get hit by lightning.

Given Tebow's involvement in the game though that might be about 50%?

We saw this game in Denver a few weeks ago, 1.
:goodposting: Pittsburgh shouldn't have lost but I went into the game thinking I wouldn't be shocked if Pittsburgh lost. I'm ready for loads of crow if they get past New England. The Patriots will massacre the Broncos. Still one helluva run by Tebow and company. Should make Elway's job an interesting one.

Now that Josh McDaniels is in NE, how does his familiarity with Tebow and Denver's personnel factor in?
None. The Broncos are running a completely different offensive system from when McDummy was there. As to this question, I'll say a 4. The Patriots should win, but with their horrible defense, the Broncos could keep it close; they just can't turn it over like they did last month in Denver. Anyone know what the forecast is for next weekend up there?

2, and I think that's conservative and giving the benefit of the doubt to Denver in rating it.

I can smell NE's defense from here, though, so I guess that's where I'll sit.

:lmao: it's almost like the Sith Lord, er Belichick just KNEW that they'd end up facing Tebow :) -QG

Voted 2. - I thought they would beat the Steelers and picked him up in FF whenever and wherever possible, and generally I see a lot that's promising in what he's doing and thrilled to see how he's doing it.... but it's no knock on him to say he won't win in Foxboro. Tim, you've proved a lot, but it's over next week. I think BB will have fun plotting for TT.

I think Denver's chances are better than most believe, and I have the Pats going to the SB.

If the Broncos can grind down the tempo, run the ball, get a few well-placed play action shots down the field, and get in Brady's head early, they will win.

That's a lot of ifs but nobody gave them a chance to even hang with the Steelers, much less beat them.

45%...NE struggled for a while against Buffalo week 17, same with Miami previous to that..won both games..

Denver will have to rush for 175+ to have a shot at this..and they'll have to get after Brady quite a bit..

NE is not unbeatable, they're an average team that played a (very) soft schedule..

NE usually does better against opponents in the playoffs that they met earlier in the season than the first meeting (which is rather scary). 1

So here’s my advice, alright, just focus up, alright and you’ll be fine. Alright. Who you play next?

[Tim Tebow]

The Patriots.

[Jesus]

Oh boy! Really! Wow! Ok, I did not know that, that’s gonna be a tough one, alright hey, this doesn’t leave this room but if I’m the son of God, Tom Brady’s gotta be the guys nephew, alright. That guys a miracle worker, ok, oh, put that coach ah Belichick, let’s just say: (Devil Horns) so they are coming at you both ways there.

3. Anything can happen in the NFL but Brady is going to put up at least 30 points and there is no way Belichick is going to employ the same lame-$$$ defensive scheme the Steelers used yesterday.

People paying attention knew how beat up the Steelers were.

3, or 30%.

The Pats are clearly a superior team when playing at their best but no team plays at their best every week. The Broncos were moving the ball last time before the turnover bug hit them. The Pats aren't going to sell out on D though so Tebow and the coaches are going to have to call/hit some intermediate throws instead of forcing it deep every time they drop back to pass.

FWIW (Absolutley nothing actually), the first game, I had said that I thought this was the game where Hernandez was going to make the difference; kinda seeing how I would have expected Denver to play defense. He did have a really good game so that leaves me thinking that I kind of see this game being one where the Broncos will try to adjust and not let that happen again which means they are going to have to gamble some.

The result (I think), is this is the game where you will see the Patriots do some damage with Welker and the Wrs and probably have a couple of really good runs early right up the middle. You never know how it is going to play out and when, but I think if the Patriots get that big play early to the outside then this game is going to be 38-20 but won't really be that close at all.

I'm thinking this one has all the makings of an easy win for the Patriots.

I give Denver a 20% chance of winning. IMO, I don't think DEN can actually WIN the game, they win only if NE loses it by turning the ball over a lot. NE's goal is to score 35+ points, and depsite NE having a pretty bad defense, that's a tall order for Tebow and company to put up that kind of points on the road.

For DEN to win the game they will need these things to happen

1) major pressure on Brady and get him off rhythm

2) win the turnover battle

3) run the ball. A LOT. McGahee needs 25 carries and Tebow needs 10-15 more.

4) Tebow can't turn the ball over

Pretty much my thoughts on this. NE's defense is putrid but Denver needs to get to Brady in order to have a chance. At this point though I've given up on predicting what Tebow and Denver will do.
