Denver's FF RB1 will be... (1 Viewer)

Mike will start and by week 3 T. Bell will take over.

Until week 7 then Mike will start and by week 10 Tatum will take over.

Until week............and us who drafted any of them will be :wall:

TBell will have the most low scoring games and the msot high scoring games. MBell will be consistantly high scoring.

In the end, they will both be pretty close.

Cedric Cobbs has the best blend of speed and power now whether he can do all things required block, pick up blitzes, etc. remains to be seen. I"ll put in a vote for Cobbs to eventually be #1.

Im with you on this one. I dont know why people keep saying Tatum has the most talent. He's the fastest, he's the shiftiest. I don't think he's the best nfl runningback though. My vote is for Cobbs.

I drafted Dayne in the 5th round about a month ago :wall:

I'm still confident he will be the guy with the most FP this year.

If Nash wins this job, it would be most fitting wouldn't it? Skeletor's got mad trix.

I still say Cobbs. He's Shanny's boyeee. Ya heard?

Tatum Bell.

Shanahan has been trying to find someone all season who can share the load with him, but he's coming to the realization that nobody on the roster is worth giving 15 carries/game like Mike Anderson was. He'll fall back on using Tatum Bell more instead.

I think secretly Shanny wants to get everyone so  that no one will notice when he puts on pads and plays RB, just to prove that anyone really can be a RB in his system.

300/1200/15

Draft accordingly.

Tatum Bell will score the most RB ff points in Denver this year if that's what you're asking.

If you're asking who will "start" week 1, I would put money on Mike Bell.

Mike Bell will have 8

Tatum Bell will have 7

Cobbs will have 4

This is about how many more threads there will be by tomarrow right?

Cedric Cobbs. Better all around player than Bell, and he has earned his praise in pre-season games, as opposed to "We talkin' about PRACTICE".

LOL - I'm a Cobbs owner, but I honestly think this:Chances of being the most productive back by year-end:- Tatum Bell: 50%- Mike Bell: 30%- Ced Cobbs: 20%Keep in mind, though one will be "most productive", they will all have their moments/stretches, but T Bell's moments will continue to be the LEAST predictable! How it is with a home run threat (similar to Santana Moss in that regard).

Tatum will score the most points over the entire year, but that's only because he's the only one who will have the same role all year.

I see Mike Bell being replacing by Cedric Cobbs at some point this year - not sure how soon really - with Tatum maintaining his 10-12 touches per game all season.

Travis Henrysaid that Tatum will have the most yards and TDs. :)
I found it curious that TBell got the TD plunge in the last preseason game. Mike Anderson soaked up just about all of those last year. This year they don't really have a straight-ahead punisher to get it in. Now, if Tatem is in on a series and he's allowed to finish off the drive, I think that really ups his value. I mean let's just say Tatem only does get 10-15 touches a game , a few catches a game. That might be enough for around 80 yards a week, and with a td here and there, that makes him RB2 material. So it's not so much "who will start" that dictates his value, it's "how bad the other RB's do in starting" which will dictate whether or not Tater gets the most touches he can possibly get. Personally I think 10-15 is enough to make him the most valuable in that backfield, which is looking good since MBell is a very iffy proposition all of the sudden and Cobbs, IMHO, isn't seriously a consideration quite yet.

Trivia Time!Who leads the NFL in rushing yards this pre-season?CedricCobbs :banned:
More trivia.........Which RB who leads the league in preseason rushing has yet to step on the field against a first team defense?Same guy- Cedric Cobbs

Denver? Don't recognise the name. I only see 31 teams on my cheat sheets when it comes to FF RB's. This slimmed down cheatsheet has does wonders for my pre draft sleep patterns and premature balding problems I relate directly to Coach Shanahan.

In the Denver games I have watched Cobbs was the most effective. The bad thing is that he usually was playing against the other teams 2nd and 3rd defenses.

Cedric Cobbs will soon take over as Denvers #1 RB and stay there. All I've heard/read about Cobbs is that he has the perfect size, speed and power for an NFL RB. The only knocks I've heard were about injuries and that supposedly he's "dumb".

Well, he's in Denver now. I don't think brains have much to do with RB success in Denver. If so, then they've had quite a string of intelligent RBs haven't they? If Cobbs does have the size, skills and natural ability I've read about, I see no reason why he won't succeed in that offense.

I think that's being overstated. It's true, but there's only so much playing time per game. You can't expect Cobbs to just be handed the starting job. He has to earn it by working his way up the depth chart. It appears as though that's exactly what he's doing. This is the time to take notice.
