Is Dion Lewis worth a pickup if I have to drop one of my RB's: Robert Kelley, Christine Michael or Devontae Booker?

This is a swing for the fences move. Almost 50-50 he plays this week, but against Seattle. If you need to swing away to make the playoffs, drop Kelley for him and hope you don't need to rely too much on him this week.

If you don't need someone to start and are looking for a flier, I'd drop either Kelley or Booker for him. He's got a golden opportunity if he can come back and play decent. Kelley and Booker have others fighting for touches, so IMO it's a toss up for either of them.
