This year is my first year playing in an IDP league with a point for every 10 yards returned. I was wondering from you guys' past experience, does picking an okay DB that does KRs net more fantasy points than a stud DB who doesn't. I currently have Ellis Hobbs and Bob Sanders. Not sure who to start at the moment. Thanks in advance.

Obviously it depends on your scoring. But one point per 10 yards is pretty hefty. Terrence McGee is the obvious choice here because he starts as a DB and returns most kicks. Hobbs does too, but the word from NE is that they don't want him returning that much this year. On the other hand, Buffalo did sign McElvin as a DB/KR. Most of the other DB kick returners are not DB starters, or only return punts.
