Who would you rather have in a PPR league with long TD bonuses for the rest of the season, if you could somehow only have one or the other?

Did Collie get his most recent concussion in Week 2 of the pre-season?

If so, he's going on 5 weeks since he's been on the field. If you saw the blow he got his most recent concussion on - it appeared rather innocuous.

Collie is the better. more proven player. But his fragility makes him a non-starter in my book...even if you only need him for a game. He could start feeling woozy or something in pre-game warm-ups due to the excitement and at that point, the Colts HAVE to sit him. Is this likely? I don't know. Is this unlikely? I don't know.

If Collie ever gets back, he should do what Avery's been doing & be more of a TD threat. But at least Avery's healthy. If I had to take 1, I'd take Collie because he has greater upside. But Avery's a better bet to actually be usable.

I picked up Collie last week, I'm gonna hold him & try to get Avery this week. Hopefully it'll be obvious which one to cut after a week or 2.

If Collie comes back, they will probably split targets and both be basically worthless. Avery's emergence has really damaged any residual value Collie might have had. Luck obviously trusts Avery and he is playing great.

I like Collie, but Avery looks pretty good these days and Luck seems to have no problem going to him often. I think it's pretty close. Would go with Avery right now after watching him last week, but things could certainly change if/when Collie comes back.

Nobody is saying Avery is a better player, it's moreso is Collie done and should they jump on Avery now before the jury is out (even though it seemingly is).

PPR:Not close to me -- Collie.Won't even consider rostering Avery.
What makes Collie so much better? Both are talented, youngish WRs that have had a couple of decent seasons and an injury history. One is currently playing and the other is not, while being uncertain in the short-term and long-term.Is Collie so incredibly talented that Avery having success in his absence will not affect him upon return? We're talking about a new regime than what was there when Collie had most of his success. Is it really not possible that Avery could supplant him upon return (you know, assuming he does)? I have no idea what's going to happen, but I don't see any reason to dismiss Avery so easily.

Collie can't even handle a game of patty cake right now. Guy practices for one day last week, does not get touched and has to shut it down the next day. I am no doctor, but I can't imagine that is a very good sign. If this were baseball and we had a 162 games to figure it out, I get it, Collie is the better player when all things are equal...but they aren't and Collie is a guy who plays hard, so I can't imagine him throttling back in order to save himself.

People who like Collie are basing their opinions on 3, 4 year-old data when Collie had a HoF QB in his prime throwing to him. Things have changed. I'll take the healthy guy who has a rapport with his QB.
