Mine are all on Yahoo so they don't even seperate DL from LB.

Depends on the league. MFL certainly has the capability to do it, but many of my leagues just differentiate DL/LB/DB ...l

I'm in some of each. After playing in both, I personally prefer to separate them.

Both of mine separate, and I love the challenge. It's pretty much the IDP equivalent of a mandatory TE on offense.

Always played in the DL, LB, CB/S format until this year. Got in an IDP only league that seperates everything and I love it!!!!

There are specialty leagues at Zealots that do - particularly Schizo and Maximus. I enjoy it for similar reason to what redman mentions.

1 separates

2 use Def Team

2 do not separate

Every new position means a new VBD category and a new way to get some form of competitive advantage. It's also another layer of defense to learn in order to find that competitive advantage.
