Draft Kings matching bonus? (1 Viewer)

I deposited $25 on draft kings

They match the $25 based on FPP. I get $1 for every 100 FPP

I have 417 FPP. That would mean they have matched $4 of my bonus and I should $21 left to be matched

My pending bonus says $0

Any help? Thanks

I would recommend sending support@draftkings.com an email as they will be the one's who will be able to look into it for you.

I am assuming this was your first deposit?

When did you make the deposit? Is it possible it expired? I'd just send them an email. They will respond to your initial email with a request for you to reply again, which i think weeds out some of the knucklehead email they get bombarded with Sun-Tue, so make sure you reply to that.

Yes it was my first deposit and it was made around June I think

These bonuses typically expire before you can fully clear them (at least at the volume/entry fee I play. If they say the bonus expired just ask them to reinstate it and extend the amount of time you have to clear it. They extended mine when I asked earlier this year.

I remember being very disappointed after I was suckered in with this.

I think the only way you could use all of your bonus is to play a lot of 50/50 double up type events.

Increase your betting dollar amount with less risk.

Yea I emailed them and they said it was expired but extended it until March of next year. I don't play a lot so it sucks that it expires. If you say you will match it then you should match it no matter what.
