it is now wednesday at 630 pm and I cannot find any info on the mri that droughns had? seemed like they wanted to wait til today to releas th results..other than the injury report anybody har anything? dos clevelnd have a daily nws conference?
If Droughns can't play, why in the world would they not play Harrison after the preseason he had? I've read that they want a pounder and use Harrison as a change of pace/3rd down back but the guy flashed some brilliance.
At the press conference this morning all Crennel said was that Droughns has a shoulder injury and is questionable. When asked about the exact nature of the injury and the MRI results he declined to comment.
Droughns hurt his shoulder on the play where he broke David Pollack's neck (!), but played the rest of the game after missing the next series. My guess is that he's fine- Crennel is only trying to keep the Ravens guessing. Now, whether or not your should start him against the Ravens is a different story...
the choice isnt whether to start him or not for me....... no way does he get another start untill that mess of an offensive line in cleveland gets its act together...the question is the nature of the injury, length of time he will be out, and to drop him or not for a bag of peanuts currently available on the waiver wire
