Depends on your vendors. If your vendors report to them and you frequently need to add new vendors who use DNB as a credit tool you might have to play ball. But if your current vendors don't report it won't do you any good and if future vendors don't use them for credit screening it doesn't matter.
Used to use it as a tool to evaluate potential risks (I'm an insurance underwriter). Since its self report it's generally unreliable so I didn't lend much weight to it
