Hundreds and hundreds of vinyl LPs to disseminate (1 Viewer)

I have so many albums. I've culled them many times over the years and now its almost entirely mint, excellent, or VG++ vinyl.
I have come to the realization that transporting and storing them way, way more than I listen to them,
They are collective worth a lot. If I were to grade and list them on discogs, but it would take weeks to get that done initially and then an ongoing burden of shipping them. I don't have the time or desire to do that and have so many more pressing items that deserve my attention.
I am at peace with getting rid of most of them with the only compensation being that I provided others with something I once loved.
If I took them to a used record store they would give me pennies and sell them at profits.
I wondering if it would be better to just take them to Goodwill, VA, etc. and donate them, knowing they would likely way undervalue them and vinyl heads could pick them up cheap.
I could certainly use the money they are worth, but my time is more valuable than ever and I need that more than money. I'd be happy to disperse them to this community, but unless they could get them in the next few days, I run into the time problem again.
Thoughts?

have a "ome day only vinyl yard sale" and market it online- people will travel for rare finds- and you can make some $$

whatever is leftover donate to local senior centers, VA, etc..
went to one of these sales 2 summers ago. guy was selling all his vinyl and collectibles so he & his wife could take a big vacation.

absolutely amazing collection of albums, in sleeves, most looked in terrific condition. there were so many people there it felt like a retail store on a busy day. i'm sure he cleaned up and made a lot of people very happy.

I closed up my parents home for sale over the spring. My childhood through college vinyl collection still there- mystery hundreds of mostly 80s stuff including a bunch of rarities..

went through the angst of looking through them all, figuring out some high values- monetary and emotional (eg..limited edition boxed Joy Division set i bought in Italy) and then realized my time now isn't there to catalogue and privately sell each one.

Decided to sell the lot to the offshoot of the local store that's been there forever (and where i bought most of the stuff originally). I know i got pennies on the dollar- but tbh, without the energy and time to sell them off individually...i was happy to get the $1,200 for them and hope they wind up in somebsoey elses hands

The obvious answer is to get someone to sell them for you for their value and pass on the money. Minus expenses.
If you need them sold quickly, that could be an issue. if you want to maximise their value you need to be patient.

Getting rid of them in a bulk lot wont produce much. Anyone who knows the value will look to maximise their profits.

I have bought and sold records for years, but given my location i cannot help you.

I wish you well.
