KSTP.com reports Minnesota Vikings SS Dwight Smith was cited around 2:00 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, for indecent conduct. Minneapolis police say they found Smith unclothed in a stairwell in Downtown Minneapolis with a woman. The citation came hours after the team's preseason game Friday, Aug. 25.

This isn't Smith's first brush with the law. I believe he got arrested a couple of times in Tampa for carrying a weapon or something along those lines. Yea he's a gangster. If he didn't go the "U" then he should have.

Yeah, he got busted toating a BB gun...if I remember correctly.
