Dynasty Best Ball Roster Strategy Heading into 2023 (1 Viewer)

My team is coming off of a productive struggle start and ready to turn the corner.
I need to get the roster ready to crush the season by doing the following:
- Get roster down to the 25 best scoring players based on the best ball format
- Set up the 10 man taxi squad with the best talent to prepare for the future
- Trade for a couple of #3 QBs that could score when Burrow and Herbert are on bye of fill in if they get hurt

What moves would you make?
Where would you focus?
Who would you look to move?
Who would you target to add?
What would you look to do with alll those picks?

League Specifics:
Dynasty, Superflex, devy, best ball, 12 teams
Best ball scorers (10 total): QB, SF, RB, WR, TE, 5x Flex
Roster size of potential scoring players: 25
Additional taxi squad (can't score) slots and rookies & devy only: 10
Pass TD: 4 pts All others: 6 pts
TEP: TE's get 2 ppr, all others 1 ppr

Draft picks:
2023 (7): mid first, 2.01, mid 2nd, mid 2nd, mid 3rd, mid 3rd, mid 3rd

If you are looking to win this year I would likely do the following:

QB: Not much. I would feel around for some boom/bust lower level QB's because the bust games won't hurt you. I wouldn't spend anything of consequence to get these type guys but they could be cheap or throw ins if you are able to work any other deals from below.

RB: I would look to move Javonte (for win now mode). I find a team that is rebuilding and see if they have solid play now RB's that can help you this year and next (think Henry). Your RB's are good but there are injuries concerns in Javonte and Swift and back three are really stretches. I move of Javonte for Henry plus could really help you in the near term.

WR: Solid across the board but I would like another vet or two that have high floors that can fill those last couple flex spots to keep your overall baseline good. You have some guys that can boom that have questions (Ridley, Moore, Pittman, Jeudy, Moore) but they also could bust and not be of any help if things fall badly. Getting a couple solid floor vets can hedge those bets.

TE: Not sure what to do here. Solid group but a lot of bust potential too. Pitts is the frustrating piece. I might look to get out from under that if you can get market value for him. I can also just taking the plunge and praying he becomes what he is supposed to be. I am not sure if I would have that confidence.

Good Luck.
