So, I don't really have grand reasoning for this, it was just a random thought I had and thought I'd share.

Having IDPs makes more sense in dynasty than team defenses. Personally, I like to stream defense and that can become hard in bigger leagues (which is what I like) but even putting aside my personal taste but if everyone is holding 2-3 defenses (atleast the one I'm in) it seems almost unfair to pigeonhole managers to the defenses they drafted and the handful on the WW. Also, I feel like IDP just sort of fits beter with the dynasty aspect. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Yea I found IDP about 10 years ago and NEVER looked back. Its so much more fun to track IDP's on gamedays and you have more chance of seeing more and more of your players throughout the NFL viewing experience. Nothing like watching a crappy TNF or MNF game with no off players when you might have IDP's playing. Plus where on else are you gonna debate the merits of DL's in Feb each year than in Dynasty IDP!

Office redraft leagues can have team D and kickers... I'm just not joining those leagues.
