I am on clock in two leagues and both are available in each league

one team is playoff competitive and the other is total rebuild (if that matters) but really just looking at long-term best option

Pick one in each league.  Spread your exposure out a bit and then if they both hit you are fine but you give yourself a better chance of one going off.   If Preston Williams is there I take him over both of these guys.
