Dynasty Draft - Which 2 players to take (1 Viewer)

There is an excellent chance that the following players will slip to me and I will have to make a decision on them.

This is the 4th round of an inital dynasty draft. I have 2 picks coming up - I traded down in the first round to select Reggie Bush and ended up with 2 4th round picks. (I know I know most think he is overrated - but I believe the hype).

The scoring is PP REC, .1 point every yard rushing or receiving, and 1 point every 20 yards passing. 1 point every 25 yards KR or PR and 6pts per TD.

6pts per rushing or receiving TD

4Pts Passing TD

-4 Fumble

-5 INT

This is also an IDP league, but I know for a fact I am the best IDP player in the league so I am willing to let it wait a bit.

Starting Lineup

1qb

2rb

3wr

1pk

2dl

Now REMEMBER this is a DYNASTY leagues inaugural Draft.

My roster so far.

RB - Reggie Bush

RB - Kevin Jones

WR - Chad Johnson

Granted not all the above players are going to be available - so if you can pick 4 players and rank them in order of importance to my team, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Marvin Harrison

Reggie Wayne - I think Id prefer Wayne over Marvin - Hell maybe I try to get both

Carson Palmer - Really tempted to have that Cj, Palmer combo for the next 6 yrs

Hines Ward

Roy Williams

Santana Moss

Jamal Lewis

DJAX

Tatum Bell

Andre Johnson

Deshawn Foster

Lendale White

Deangelo Williams

Lawrence Maroney

CED BEN

Deuce McAllister

Thanks SO MUCH in advance. Cheers :coffee:

I think that the value of QBs is increased in the dynasty format. It's a big plus to secure someone that isn't in danger of losing his job in the near future. The prospect of having Palmer there for up to ten years is very appealing. With INTs given such a big penalty, I like that he limited his to 12 last year too.

Both IND receivers look good here. Harrison is old but I think he is one of the best ever and that he can continue for two or three years at the top level. Wayne would be a good consolation prize and I would happily take both too.

I think Maroney would be my preferred choice for the fourth player. NE likes to run the ball. Well, every team likes to run the ball, but NE is often in a position to do it. Dillon is approaching the end and the way would be clear. He was selected ahead of Williams in the draft, and was the second RB off the board.

Jackson or Ward would be nice too, but they just miss the top four. Benson could be in a great situation when Jones is gone. I like White but think he may fall.

Carson Palmer

Deangelo Williams

Roy Williams

Cedric Benson

In that order... 6pts/allTD... can't go wrong with Carson...

With KJ as your 2nd RB... you need to add depth here - quickly

I've changed my thoughts over the last couple of years. I like WRs and QBs in dynasty leagues. There's always the best RB ever coming out of college next year (you've got the one for this year :D ). Take the QB you can count on for several years. If not available, I like the WRs. I know you're a very capable trader and you'll be able to trade for a decent RB, probably from one of your IDPs.

1.Carson Palmer

2.Reggie Wayne

3.Marvin Harrison

4.Hines Ward
