Dynasty league: Kamara/Miller for Metcalf? (1 Viewer)

Dynasty .5 PPR league
Start QB/1RB/2WR/1TE/1 Flex (RB/WR/TE) / 1 Flex (RB/WR)

I'm taken some hits at WR and in discussions for:

I give: Kamara/Miller
I get: Metcalf

I like: I get younger
I don't like: it leaves me thin at RB. If McCaffery comes back (I'm not assuming that at all but...) that leaves me only Hall as a RB to start. Note I only have to start 1 WR here but it does leave me thin.

So questions:
Does the offer seem right? Should something be added to either side?
Would you do it or keep riding Kamara?

It’s fine but I wouldn’t do it. It doesn’t really help you overall, you’re making the trade based on CMC returning. No point.

I'm a bit confused by your advice here... why is trading away a starting RB when I have Mason making a trade based on McCaffery coming back? Seems the opposite if I'm understanding that right.

part of me says yes and part of me says no. I'm sure you are as conflicted as I am which is why you are asking in the first place.

I lean no since I feel like this just nets you a short term gain at the expense of long term health.

but on the other hand, Kamara is 29, and for this year I think you could easily ride Mason (until/if CMC comes back) and Hill. So part of me is like "trade him while he still has value."

So I guess you go ahead and do it.

Sorry I was text to talking without proofing and rushing like always…. I was trying to say it’s a fine deal but I don’t think it helps you much. That part was clear the rest I meant you shouldn’t be worrying about your decision based on CMC coming back.
