Dynasty League Startup Draft Strategy (Pick #5) (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, I've only played in redraft leagues but this year we are starting a dynasty league. I have been reading a bunch of articles on dynasty startup strategy but I think its got me even more confused! What kind of strategy would you guys use if you had the #5 pick in a serpentine draft in a startup?

League details:

2QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1RB/WR, 2TE, 1DST, 1K

0.5PPR, 4pt passing touchdown, 6pt rush/rec touchdown

One strategy I like to use is to follow the important rules about where to post questions about how to draft. I find threads that aren't locked for being posted in the wrong forum get much better answers.
