Hey Roz here are the answers to your questions:

1 point per catch so it is PPR.

We are doing the league on CBS right now but will move to ESPN after the draft. This way we could give more payouts.

We are doing a 8 round draft with free agents and rookies. Each team keeps 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, and two whatevers.

You would have 2nd overall pick in the draft, 11th pick in odd rounds (snake draft)

You can trade players and draft picks.

$50 would be a fair price to inherit this franchise.
