Dynasty Polls (1 Viewer)

Please when you start a new poll, put a link to the next one in the previous poll so you can go forward and find the next / latest poll.

Also, let me know when you are stopping for each position.

In the interim, try and have a "path" from the Dynasty Master Thread to the current poll, which this "link it forward" concept will do.

TIA.

Not me right now next week is going to be crazy with another field prep and then exercise the week following.

I do have a 4 day weekend that I hopefully will not be working through too much of.. so I could do a few then. But nothing consistent.

Who made you the shepard here anyways son?

I am accepting volunteers. Its not that hard. Mostly cut and paste.

So how deep are you guys going at each position?
Well I always considered these to be preliminary polls focused more on early offseason trading. We have free agency looming soon and once players begin to be cut and move that will change the landscape somewhat. The TE polls I think have allready concluded at 24 or 25 I would have to look again.RB is at 31 right now. I think extending this out to 40 would be enough. I could see deeper than that for sure but I think that would be for the post offseason polls.QB should probobly go to 36-40.The WR polls are lagging behind the rest and they seem to be the most contentious as well. Those need to go to at least 40 and should probobly be deeper than that. But again I consider these to be preliminary. So 40 at each position besides TE seems like a good stopping point.I ran these polls slower than I think they normaly go. I had a reason for that but I see the positive side of getting a set of polls done more quickly so as to not have them be effected by changing news as much as well. The reason I ran them slowly was in the attempt to get larger sample sizes and see if that might improve thier accuracy. I am not sure if that was a success yet or not. I would defer that judgement to OZ who is more experienced with these things having run them for several seasons now IIRC.Not sure of OZ's intentions about post free agency polls and if time will allow him. I do intend to do a comparison thread between the results of these and the polls that OZ ran last offseason once these are completed to show how drasticly things have changed after just one season of play. And that thread should be an interesting one as well.I do think these polls have gotten deep enough so far at this point to cover early offseason trading that involved the major players as well as some of the top rookies coming in with exception of the WR polls that have lagged behind the rest.HTH
