In regards to the 2012 prospects, how would you rate the 2011 rookies in comparison for a dynasty league format? Just would like to get some feedback on value of 2012 rookie pick trade offers in a 16 team, full idp dynasty league:

Andrew Luck < Cam Newton

Trent Richardson > Mark Ingram?

David Wilson < DeMarco Murray?

Lamar Miller > Ryan Williams?

AJ Green > Justin Blackmon?

Julio Jones > Michael Floyd?

Greg Little < Alshon Jeffery?

Thanks!

I think the classes will end up being close in value. 2012 is more top heavy at RB, with Richardson. I don't think Blackmon is quite on par with Green, but I like him more than Jones - all 3 elite. Both classes will (likely) have a good number of QBs go in the 1st, which adds value to 2nd round picks. I think this year is weak at TE, I think Rudolph is the best between the 2 classes. Both classes have at least one top level, running QB. I think we can all agree that Luck is likely to at least equal what Dalton is doing/is worth. Jeffrey, despite his drop-off in perceived value, has a chance to be better than Baldwin, Cobb, Little, and Titus. But, everything is big question mark until the combine, at least. After the draft itself, we'll be much better off comparing them.I would treat a 2012 draft pick as I did a 2011 draft pick. The only major difference, is Richardson, but it is offset by Green/Jones, IMO.

For right now you want to be in the Top 3. Not sure how situations will play out and which players might fall.

Things to keep in mind.

We still don't know anything about...

Ryan Williams/Michael Leshoure.

The Ben Tate Montario Hardesty of 2011.

Look at your position and see if you want to try acquire or unload for player whose value has taken a hit.

P. Manning, Bradford, Freeman..

Javid Best, Hillis, Hardesty, McFadden, FJax, Ingram

or player whose situation will be changing.

SSmithPHI, Brandon Lloyd STL, etc

Last year our draft went:

INgram

Jones

Green

DThomas

RWilliams (got hurt the next day)

GLittle

Newton

Jake Locker

DMurray

Gabbert

Baldwin

Cobb

JqzRodgers

D.Moore

Vereen

Hunter

Helu

B.Powell

D.Carter

A Green

Notables

LeShoure Rd 3

Ponder Rd 4

Some talent to be had.

Helu is probably best Rd 2 guy.

Newton and AJ green round 1 so far with JJones 3rd...DMurray 2nd and the others are yet TBD.

With coach firings/changes and personnel moves how will team look. Who will be QB for stud WR? STEVE SMITH was not relevant until WEEK1 in many people's eyes.

Many of the RBs didn't payoff until later... Murray, Helu, some still haven't.
