Great list. I looked up a few guys I had forgotten since the beginning of the season. I saw this about Gurley and thought it was interesting:

12/15/11 - WR Tori Gurley, a practice-squad player, told the Green Bay Press-Gazette on Thursday he turned down an offer from the Minnesota Vikings earlier this week to sign a contract for the rest of the season and be on their 53-man roster. Gurley, a promising undrafted rookie who has been with Green Bay since the preseason, said he wasn't interested in playing for a team that has only three weeks left in its season and received a bump in pay from the Packers. There was speculation this week that Gurley would be promoted to Green Bay's 53-man roster with receiver Greg Jennings likely out the rest of the regular season because of a knee injury, but that didn't happen.
He must have a good feeling about next year, Even three weeks on the active roster is a lot of money to turn down - probably more than he made all year on the practice squad. Plus, he would have been on a team without much competition at WR.

Or, maybe he thought he might be activated and get a ring this year after Jennings went down.

Thanks for this BB, I corrected a few spelling of more ridiculous names for reference in league software lookups
Thanks for the spelling corrections, I was writing them down as I listened and some of those names are out there. I was going to get around to checking into them but you beat me to it.

We should add Craig Stevens, solid two-way TE for TEN who just got a nice 4 yr 15 M extension - obviously a high priority for TEN in FA

and

Gary Barnidge, who could step up into a receiving TE role for Cam Newton next year if they don't keep Jeremy Shockey. Real nice pure receiver.

Also watching Mardy Gilyard in Philly.

Hey Bloom, Last year I felt TE Jordan Cameron was at least a year away from maknig a move. Ben Watson is still solid, provided he's healthy but he has had multiple concussions. Evan Moore isn't effective over the middle of the field and makes his mark on the edges and at the goal line. I figured you would make a bit of a shout out for TE Jordan Cameron and I think now he is a legit sleeper. I think he can't beat out Watson but he will see the field a lot later in the year. This will be the second year in Shurmur's WCO and the team will get its first off-season to catch up on the finer points. The Browns really struggled but with Colt in his second year in the WCO or Senneca who has years in the WCO or a newcomer or a talent rookie the QB play should improve. Also OG Eric Stienbeck should be back and the Browns will address their problematic ORT position and Greg Little will have another year under his belt so a guy like Cameron is a nice sleeper and you were a tad premature last year but I think you are right on the money with him this year.

Packers gave both Gurley and Diondre Borel raises to the league minimum for active players for the last 3 weeks. Both were offered spots on active rosters at the same time. (Gurley in MIN, and Borel in TB). I think one of the two has a legit shot at beating out Driver next year, although that is far from certain. My theory is Driver may have another season in the tank, but he's the WR4 or WR5 on the Packers right now, and doesn't play special teams. He'll likely restructure his contract to stay, but still likely make 4-5 times as much (at minimum) as what Gurley or Borel would make. Gurley looked good last preseason catching everything thrown his way. Anyway you slice it though, Gurley and Borel are extreme long shots to actually contribute to a fantasy roster anytime soon.
