Electrician Guys I need some help (1 Viewer)

Yesterday the lights in my house started flickering,dimming and then going back to

normal it continued to do this for several hours.Now tonight it started doing it

again but now the fan we use to keep the AC circulating is slowing down and speeding back up again along with the lights going crazy.Is this dangerous?Should I turn the power off until I can get an electrician to look at it?I am going to be completely at the mercy of the electrician because I have no clue about electricity.What could be causing this and how expensive might it be to repair.Thanks guys I appreciate it.

Sorry guys computer screwed up thought the 1st one didn't post when I refreshed I didn't see it.Maybe its the electricity,or the demons or the amps I hid.

What is a fair price to have electrical/ceiling box installed in a bedroom? It's on the top floor so it's accessible through the attic drywall. It would be for a ceiling fan

I paid a guy I've used for some work $75 but he gave me a break, and $75 was worth it. Low pitch roof, hard to move around in the attic. He made the helper do that.
