The BK by me has by far the least traffic, usually just overflow from Wendy's.  And there is rarely anyone eating inside...that gets my vote.

While BK has the least traffic, I think they're also probably a bit dingier. The shiny new McD's by me probably cleans the bathroom every 30 minutes. They're militant about it. Stuff in there literally sparkles. I'd have surgery in there.

Where is this new shiny McDonald's at? I need to go take a dump in their toilet and not flush it

I've taken a horrible messy dump (because I literally would not have made it to the next open place) at 4:30am behind a 7-11 dumpster in a full suit and tie. Was on my way to LAX for an early flight and the stomach was NOT doing well.

I knew the 7-11 was coming up and it was my ONLY option. I went in and BEGGED to use the toilet... suit tie and all. They refused.

So, I desperately hatched my scheme, bought one roll of toilet paper and carried on with my day.

After that, and some unseemly spots in NY dive bars which were marginally worse, anythings game.

McDonald's they are more stringent on their cleaning standards. 

Most Subways around here have one toliet so you can lock the door and have more privacy but they usually smell like piss.

My local Taco Hell because the way the place is laid out I can sneak right over to the corner with the bathroom without the person at front counter ever seeing me. Then run right back out.

Years ago I was in this situation. The closest was McDonald's so in I went. 

The only toilet was already half filled, with a syringe in it. It was clear that it was not going to flush. 

Out of options, I hovered and let fly.  

Never again......the alley story seems like a better option.
