Enough talk, how do you think LJ will do in 2008? (1 Viewer)

His QB situation blows, so I'm not seeing top 10 RB in the cards this year, but 14+ games and a top 20 finish are looking about right.

He should get more than enough opportunity to break into the top ten. He will have a full training camp this year and that should keep him from getting off to a slow start like last year. All reports say he is 100% healthy and ready to go.

Other.I hate lame choices on polls.
More than you hate lame posts? More than you hate it when people think a topic is so lame they waste their time to post about it?You could at least enlighten us with your preferred choice. Those 3 choices are the basic opinions of most people that posted in the threads I referenced, so I thought them to be appropriate.

My choice is a moderate-to-mild injury/injuries and misses parts of the season.

If you're not going to cover all the possible options, at least provide an "Other" choice. Sorry, pet peeve.

I think he plays 15 or 16 games and finishes top 10 (likely around 5 or 6).

If he plays that many games, he'll get about 350 touches and score at least 10 times.

14+ games and either top 10 or right on the borderline. I see his floor, if healthy, as last year's production over more games. That production, as bad as it was for his standards, was on pace for a top 10 finish last year. I just don't see 10 or 11 backs out there that are going to outscore this guy if he stays healthy, and to be quite frank he's an absolute ox and only has one major injury in his entire career - which was a complete fluke, may I add. Hopefully, he's able to avoid another unfortunate situation where his foot lands under a guy as he's tackled.

Barring injury, LJ will finish 2008 in the top ten. Anyone thinking otherwise is sipping too much crazy juice.

And you cannot predict injury. Especially not a freak one like he had.
