I have two spots open. Yearly cost is $100 with initial investment of $150, I hold $50 in Leaguesafe to prevent teams from giving up, but if you ever leave the league I can just shoot you back that $50 via PayPal or leaguesafe.
Very active league with waivers and a decent amount of trading. Everyone is quiet though, so not a lot of trash-talk etc. I've had this league for 5 years or so, just switched to Redraft from Keeper and a few teams wanted to drop out. Draft is August 24 at 8 pm CST.
