Fight The Power!
It's almost the middle of March and they have NFL Live on after sportscenter instead of Baseball Tonight.

wtf

My days of watching Baseball Tonight ended once the MLB Network launched. I watch that channel pretty much every day

Seriously - what do you watch on there? Outside of live or classic games -- do you watch the analysis shows? Because I thought the 30 in 30 was terrible.

I've covered this before, but I hate how every notable news story is BREAKING NEWS!!!! during the mid-day newscasts.

Breaking News doesn't mean it's a top story that has already been broken. Call it a "top story", a "headline story", or I'll even accept "developing story" if new details are available. But don't call it Breaking News when it's not breaking at that very moment.

Was waiting to watch Gruden's QB Camp and can't believe anyone watches ESPN anymore. Every minute there's some guy hyped on speed blathering on about some matchup (I think tonight's had something to do with the Yankees/Red Sox rivalry). Can't express how painful this channel is to listen to.

For the last 10 years or so, it's been unbearable to watch except (usually) during broadcasts of actual games. I can't fathom who actually watches and likes their non-game programming.

Every time I flip over there during non-game programming I am reminded why I dumped them for MLB Network years ago. Couldn't be happier with my decision.

I've only ever watched ESPN for highlight clips or if there is a huge breaking story. Now that highlights are so easy to find online I really have no reason to watch. They're also usually a little bit behind online content for breaking news.

I wonder what the percentage drop in page views is for guys like Olney and Schoenfeld. You have to click five times to get to their columns, and they are not in chronological order, and there are no datelines on the column so you don't know what date you are reading.

It's a mess.

They currently have a story about Christy Mack
I saw that. ESPN moving more and more towards MTV/TMZ style programming.

The only non-sporting event I watch on ESPN is Around the Horn and PTI. Haven't seen sportscenter for a decade or more.

Why anybody would watch ESPN for anything baseball related is beyond me. MLB channel programming is very solid.

I actually read that piece and it was pretty good.

I usually watch the 6pm Sportscenter while eating dinner but had to curtail that because they keep having segments with the awful Stephen A. Smith and Bomani Jones. Really liking the MLB games that begin at 6:10pm so I don't have to watch the horror show that ESPN has become.
