Rtsports won't allow this once 1 pm hits (unless and owner called in or posted before 1pm- a change because he's traveling or whatever). So if it's in the rules, lineups in by 1pm or it's always been that way... no, it should not be allowed and the commish might have to forfeit the game, or step down- he cheated. I know it sounds harsh but it's fantasy 101 and once trust is gone the league is in trouble.
