I've been trying to follow the free agency frenzy but its been tough to keep-up with everything and I have been trying to find one spot that has everything listed and found the following.

From PFW (Pro Football Weekly)

These lists get updated, I think daily, so head to the links and hit refresh to get the updated lists but this should help everyone see in one place every major move made by teams.

Having it broken down by conferene and division really helps but go to the link and click refresh since PFW updates it daily and they were hourly in the heat of free agency so I imagine they update whenever a big FA signing happens.

NFC major moves by division:

The above is too much information to generate any sorts of replies but it was meant to create some discussion so when I look at the above information I synthethize it down to managable bites.

This is what I see from the above chunk of info and I know PFW's lists are not complete and have an error or two but this is what I see.

NFC EAST

Dallas Cowboys

Franchised OLB Anthony Spencer, (one year $9.619 million)

Good talent but not a great fit for the system they are installing and that one-year salary is pretty significant so it looks like a one-year tryout for Spencer and I doubt he'll live up to that contract.

New York Giants

ex-Eagles DT Cullen Jenkins, (three years, $8 million).

Key departures: TE Martellus Bennett, (signed with Bears); Released RB Ahmad Bradshaw, DT Chris Canty,

Key re-signings:… OT Will Beatty, (five years, $38.75 million)

Basically I see the above and how it impacts the G-Men? They lost TE Martellus Bennett and kept OT Will Beatty signing him to a decent extension. I like the talent of Bradshaw to emerge somewhere else but his loss won't be felt by the Giants due tothe rookie RB they have.

Philadelphia Eagles

LB Connor Barwin, (six years, $36 million); Ex-Ravens CB Cary Williams, (three years, $17 million with $10.5 million guaranteed); ex-49ers NT Isaac Sopoaga, (three years, $12 million), ex-

Key departures: CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, (signed with Broncos); Released CB Nnamdi Asomugha,

They were able to land a solid 3-4 OLB/DE in Barwin, good solid signing. Another solid addition in CB Carry Williams and they really helped themselves by inking a legit NT in Isaac Sopoaga so IMHO they don't have a dire need to use their top pick on a DL who can play NT. They lost DRC and Nmamdi as expected but it still hurts so CB is a huge need that wasn't adequately addessed by some second-tier FA signings.

Washington Redskins

Released CB DeAngelo Hall.

No first round draft pick, up against the cap wall so they lost a decent CB and weren't able to really sign anyone.

NFC NORTH

Chicago Bears

Signed ex-Saints OT Jermon Bushrod (five years, $35.965 million with $17.715 million guaranteed); ex-Giants TE Martellus Bennett, (four years, $20 million).

Key re-signings: Franchised DT Henry Melton, (one year, $8.45 million).

I like all of the above players but they didn't land any bargains on those contracts.

Detroit Lions

Key arrivals: Ex-Texans S Glover Quin, (five years); Ex-Dolphins RB Reggie Bush (four years, $16 million); Ex-Seahawks DT Jason Jones, (three years, $9.5 million with a $2.5 million signign bonus).

Key departures: DE Cliff Avril, (signed with Seahawks); OT Gosder Cherilus, (signed with Colts); , DE Kyle Vanden Bosch, ; Released WR Titus Young.

Key re-signings: S Louis Delmas, (two years); CB Chris Houston, (five years); LB DeAndre Levy,

When I look at the Lions recent player movement I see one major loss in DE Cliff Avril and I also see DE Kyle Vanden Bosch is still unsigned. I like the RB Reggie Bush signing but the loss of Avril and Vanden Bosch sways me to think they address DE with their top pick in the draft.

Green Bay Packers

Key departures: WR Greg Jennings, (to Vikings); CB Charles Woodson, ; WR Donald Driver,

They didn't lose anyone that suprised them but they will have to get a WR somewhere and I think they'll feel the loss of Woodson.

Minnesota Vikings

Key arrivals: Ex-Packers WR Greg Jennings,; Ex-Chiefs QB Matt Cassel, (one year, $4 million).

Key departures: OG Geoff Schwartz, (signed with Chiefs); LB Jasper Brinkley, (signed with Cardinals), ; Traded WR Percy Harvin to the Seahawks.

Key re-signings; Re-signed FB Jerome Felton (three years, $7.5 million), OT Phil Loadholt.

I like what they've done. Signing WR Greg Jennings from a divisional rival helps them and hurts (at least pride) of Pack. Trading Harvin hurts but it also helps. Hurts losing that talent but helps because they get rid of a headache when his value is still high enought to get the first round pick this year plus extras. So signing G-Jennings AND getting an extra first round pick makes up for the loss of Harvin. Oh and luv they re-upped AdP's FB and run-mauling ORT to keep the heart of the offense intact as they replace Harvin.

NFC SOUTH

Atlanta Falcons

Key arrivals: Ex-Rams RB Steven Jackson, March 14 (three years, $12 million).

Key re-signings: OT Sam Baker, (six years); Re-signed TE Tony Gonzalez, (one year); SS William Moore, (five years, $30 million);

I see this as S-Jax replacing 'the Burner' and its a positive. Luv re-signing Tony-G. Good stuff here.

Carolina Panthers

Key departures: Released CB Chris Gamble,

Nothing much to see here.

New Orleans Saints

Key arrivals: Ex-Steelers CB Keenan Lewis, (five years, $26.3 million with $10.5 million guaranteed).

Key departures: OT Jermon Bushrod, (signed with Bears); QB Chase Daniel, (signed with Chiefs);

Key re-signings: LS Justin Drescher, (four years);

Um, basically the thing I don't see here are LINEBACKERS to run the 3-4 defensive scheme so it tips off their draft plans IMHO.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Key arrivals: Ex-49ers S Dashon Goldson, (five years, $41.25 million with $22 million guaranteed);

Key departures: DE Michael Bennett, (to Seahawks);

Like the addition of Goldson to pair with Barron at safety. Don't like the loss of DE Bennett so I think they are probably leaning DE with first round pick.

NFC WEST

Arizona Cardinals

Key arrivals: Ex-Vikings LB Jasper Brinkley, (two years); Ex-Browns WR Joshua Cribbs; Ex-Jets SS Yeremiah Bell, ; Ex-Colts QB Drew Stanton, (three years); Ex-Colts CB Jerraud Powers; Ex-Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall, (one year).

Key departures: Released S Kerry Rhodes, ; LB Quentin Groves, (signed with Browns); CB Greg Toler, (signed with Colts); Released RB Beanie Wells, ; Released ; Released SS Adrian Wilson, March 8.

Busy-busy-busy bees in Zona but it looks like as many decent guys leaving as arriving so for all of the buzzing it looks as though they remain about the same talent-wise as how they entered FA.

St. Louis Rams

Key arrivals: Signed ex-Titans TE Jared Cook, (five years, $35.1 million with $19 million guaranteed).

Key departures: RB Steven Jackson, (signed with Falcons); WR Danny Amendola, (signed with Patriots); Released S Quintin Mikell.

I see the above and I see they signed TE Jared Cook so take TE off of the plate with a top pick. I also see they did nothing to address that offensive line so I think they 'should' try to move-up for one of the three OTs if they can in the first round.

San Francisco 49ers

Key arrivals: Ex-Chiefs DT Glenn Dorsey, ; Acquired WR Anquan Boldin from the Ravens for a sixth-round pick.

Key departures: S Dashon Goldson, (signed with Buccaneers); DT Isaako Sopoaga, (signed with Eagles); TE Delanie Walker, (signed with Titans); Traded QB Alex Smith to Chiefs, 2nd round draft choice

Luv the trading of Alex Smith for a high 2nd round pick this year and potential 2nd next, good work. Also luv trading only a 6th for Anquan Boldin, steal IMHO. They have the ammo to move-up and position themselves nicely in the draft. Solid work here.

Seattle Seahawks

Key arrivals: Ex-Buccaneers DE Michael Bennett, (one year, $5 million); Ex-Lions DE Cliff Avril, (two years, $15 million) Acquired WR Percy Harvin (six years, $67 million with $14.5 million fully guaranteed, $11 million for injury) from the Vikings.

Key departures: DL Jason Jones, (signed with Lions); Released KR Leon Washington.

Are ya kidding me? Michael Bennett AND Cliff Aviril? Sheesh. Why don't you add Percy Harvin, you've gotta be kdding me. Sic hot sauce type of job the Hawks front office has done this off-season. They own it if they give a prize IMHO.

AFC coming up...

AFC EAST

Buffalo Bills

Key arrivals: Ex-Bengals LB Manny Lawson, (four years, $12 million).

Key departures: WR Donald Jones, (signed with Patriots); OG Released QB Ryan Fitzpatrick,; OG Andy Levitre, (signed with Titans); , SS George Wilson, Feb. 11.

Re-signed CB Leodis McKelvin, (four years, $20 million); ; placed franchise tag on FS Jairus Byrd.

Lost OG Levitre and that hurts. Some talent got chipped away in Donal Jones and George Wilson. Like Manny Lawson but looks like the Bills came out on the short end so far in FA.

Miami Dolphins

Key arrivals: Signed ex-Jets TE Dustin Keller, (one year); Signed ex-Raiders LB Philip Wheeler, (five years, $26 million with $13 million guaranteed) ex-Ravens LB Dannell Ellerbe, (five years, $35 million); ex-Steelers WR Mike Wallace, (five years, $60 million with $30 million guaranteed).

Key departures: RB Reggie Bush, (signed with Lions); Released LB Karlos Dansby,; TE Anthony Fasano, (signed with Chiefs).

Re-signed QB Matt Moore, (two years, $8 million); Re-signed WR Brian Hartline, (five years, $30.775 million, $12.5 million guaranteed); Franchised DT Randy Starks.

Gotta luv the talent of, Ellerbee, Keller, and Mike Wallace. Add in Wheeler and keeping backup QB Matt Moore and WR Bri Hartline and also keeping Starks. Very good but the contracts could be troublesome down the line and Dansby and Bush can still play but this team helped themselves in FA.

New England Patriots

Key arrivals: Ex-Bills WR Donald Jones; Ex-Seahawks KR Leon Washington; Ex-Rams WR Danny Amendola (five years, $31 million with $10 million guaranteed);

Key departures: RB Danny Woodhead, (signed with Chargers); WR Wes Welker, (signed with Broncos);

All I see is they lost Welker and got a couple of guys who aren’t as good to replace him. Welker is more than the sum of his stats, it’s the way he got his catches. He is without a doubt THEE most intense WR I’ve ever seen on the field once he turns up field and is ready to take on defenders. Their may be tougher guys but get picture of Welker’s face when he’s got the ball and is ready to take on defenders. Then, find another picture and another. His face is like a junk yard dog, he’s always snarling.

New York Jets

Key arrivals: Ex-Chargers DT Antonio Garay; Ex-Raiders RB Mike Goodson, March 15 (three years, $6.9 million);

Key departures: TE Dustin Keller, (signed wtih Dolphins); SS Yeremiah Bell, (signed with Cardinals); RB Shonn Greene, (signed with Titans); DT Mike DeVito, (signed with Chiefs);

I like Garay for an under-the-radar solid signing. Losing Keller hurts. Shonn Greene may not have been much but he was their best RB.

AFC NORTH

Baltimore Ravens

Key arrivals: Ex-Giants DT Chris Canty, (three years, $8 million).

Key departures: CB Cary Williams, (signed with Eagles); Released SS Bernard Pollard; LB Dannell Ellerbe, (signed with Dolphins); LB Paul Kruger, (signed with Browns); Traded WR Anquan Boldin to the 49ers for a sixth-round pick.

Key re-signings: QB Joe Flacco, (six years, $120.6 million, $52 million guaranteed)

Not taking a shot at Ozzie but the Ravens got hurt. According to ESPN Stats Info, 58 percent of their sacks and 68 percent of their interceptions last season came from players no longer under contract and that info was released before they cut Bernard Pollard and lost Cary Williams. I saw one joker say the Ravens were better now, um yeah suuuuuuure they are. Why they’d be even BETTER if they gave their first round pick to the Browns. The one bright spot was they re-signed the big fish by re-upping Flacco.

Cincinnati Bengals

Key departures: QB Bruce Gradkowski, (signed with Steelers); LB Manny Lawson, (signed with Bills).

Key re-signings: DE Michael Johnson, (signed franchise tender: one year, $11.175 million)

I like they re-signed Michael Johnson so they weren’t hurt.

Cleveland Browns

Key arrivals: Signed ex-Raiders DT Desmond Bryant (five years, $34 million with $15 million guaranteed); Signed ex-Ravens LB Paul Kruger (five years, $41 million with $20 million guaranteed).

Key departures: WR Joshua Cribbs, (signed with Cardinals);

Key re-signings: RB Chris Ogbonnaya, (two years).

Two solid signings, just what they needed and they can afford paying a premium especially with the Kruger addition because it subtracted from divisional rival Ravens.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Key arrivals: Ex-Bengals QB Bruce Gradkowski, (three years); Signed ex-Browns CB William Gay, (three years).

Key departures: CB Keenan Lewis (signed with Saints); RB Rashard Mendenhall, Released LB James Harrison.

Key re-signings: Re-signed LB Larry Foote.

Some nice second-tier signings and they kept Foote but losing CB Keenan Lewis hurts.

AFC SOUTH

Houston Texans

Key departures: LB Connor Barwin (signed with Eagles); S Glover Quin (signed with Lions); FB James Casey (signed with Eagles); Released WR Kevin Walter.

Lost Barwin but it doesn’t hurt them with Whitney Mercilus and depth they have. Losing Casey could hurt a bit and cutting Walter points drafts top need towards WR.

Indianapolis Colts

Key arrivals: Ex-Jets S LaRon Landry (four years, $24 million with $14 million guaranteed); ex-Packers LB Erik Walden (four years, $16 million), ex-Cardinals CB Greg Toler (three years, $14.25 million with $5 million guaranteed), ex-Lions OT Gosder Cherilus (five years, $34.5 million with a $10 million signing bonus).

Key departures: QB Drew Stanton (signed with Cardinals); Announced will not re-sign LB Dwight Freeney.

Key re-signings: Re-signed CB Darius Bulter, (two years); Re-signed DT Fili Moala (one year); Franchised P Pat McAfee.

I like some of these guys, Toler, Cherlius, Landry, like the re-signing of Moala but they now need a backup QB and I really liked Freeny so pass rush becomes a priority need.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Key departures: DT Terrance Knighton (signed with Broncos); Released OT Guy Whimper.:

Boils down to they lost T-Knight, could use a DT and likely will take one with the second pick in the draft IMHO.

Tennessee Titans

Key arrivals: Ex-Lions DT Sammie Lee Hill (three years, $11.4 million with $4 million guaranteed); Ex-Jets RB Shonn Greene (three years, $10 million); ex-49ers TE Delanie Walker (four years, $17.5 million with $8.6 million guaranteed), ex-Bills OG Andy Levitre (six years, $46.8 million with a $10.5 million signing bonus); Signed former Bills SS George Wilson, Feb. 22 (two years, $4 million).

Key departures: TE Jared Cook (signed with Rams)

Lost Jared Cook and signed Delanie Walker. Biggest signing is Levitre and that takes OG off the table with the tenth pick in the draft so one of those stud OGs will fall a bit further down the board.

AFC WEST

Denver Broncos

Key arrivals: Ex-Cardinals CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (one year, $5 million); Ex-Jaguars DT Terrance Knighton (two years); Ex-Patriots WR Wes Welker (two years, $12 million) Signed ex-Chargers OG Louis Vasquez (four years, $23.5 million with a $5 million signing bonus).

Key departures: Released DE Elvis Dumervil; Released LB D.J. Williams.

Whew! Very good job and would have been just about perfect if not for the Dumdervil fiasco. Luv, DRC, Knighton, Welker, and Louis Vasquez. Solid, solid job. Losing the pass rusher opposite Von Miller will without a doubt hurt. Need to grab someone like Freeny pronto.

Kansas City Chiefs

Key arrivals: Ex-Vikings OG Geoff Schwartz; Ex-Dolphins CB Sean Smith (three years, $18 million with $11 million guaranteed); Signed ex-Jets DT Mike DeVito (three years, $12.6 million with $6.2 million guaranteed); ex-Dolphins TE Anthony Fasano (four years, $16 million); Signed ex-Falcons CB Dunta Robinson (three years); Acquired QB Alex Smith from 49ers

Key re-signings: WR Dwayne Bowe, March 4 (five years, $65 million)

Luv what KC has done. Re-signing Bowe and franchising Albert. Signing Fasano, De-Vito, Sean Smith and the trade for Alex Smith. Really good job.

Oakland Raiders

UFA: DT Richard Seymour

Key departures: ); DT Desmond Bryant (signed with Browns); Released WR Darrius Heyward-Bey, DB Michael Huff.

Lost Des Bryant and likely lose Seymour points the third pick in the draft to DT.

San Diego Chargers

Key departures: CB Antoine Cason (to Cardinals); OG Louis Vasquez (signed with Broncos); Released Antonio Garay.

Ugly. Nothing good here.

Dallas Cowboys

Franchised OLB Anthony Spencer, (one year $9.619 million)

Good talent but not a great fit for the system they are installing and that one-year salary is pretty significant so it looks like a one-year tryout for Spencer and I doubt he'll live up to that contract.

Why not a great fit? I personally think this system will fit Spencer to a tee. Care to expand?

This is is second year being tagged, not a 1 year tryout imo.

I don't know why the Boys are switching schemes from the 3-4 to the 4-3. Letting go Rob Ryan was the correct decision, he's overrated, but the Boys had the pieces in place to make the 3-4 work. Now I feel they lack some critical pieces. Per Spencer...Spencer looked good as a college edge rusher coming out of Purdue around 263 lbs, now he is listed at 250 lbs. He never had more than 6 sacks in his first 5 seasons before blowing-up with 11 last year. It took him awhile before he was able to make a big impact as a pass rusher. He had the incredile advantage of having DeMarcus Ware as the other pass rushing OLB to create backside pressure and Ware was facing bulk of pass protection. Now DeMarus Ware, 254 lbs, is being switched to a 4-3 DE where he'll have to take on OLTs every play. He won't have the advantage of coming off the line fresh and he's also older now. I don't think he'll be as effective bringing heat from his side.

Then on the inside of the Boys D-Line I don't know if they've got the DTs to make the 4-3 work. The most critical area of making 4-3 defenses work is the triangle of the two-DTs and the MLB. Dallas has TWO inside LBers in Sean Lee and Bruce Carter so one of those two guys will have to sit. A waste of talent. Then who do they have at DT? Josh Bryant? Sean Lissemore? Jay Ratliff has been wearing down and I think he is coming off injury and he's a FA so I don't even think they want him back.

Dallas is making a leap of faith having two undersized DEs but add in the lack of DTs and then wasting one of those inside LBers, eh. But franchising Spencer and paying Spencer $9.6 million means they like what he did, like his pass rushing talent, but they have questions of whether or not he'll fit long-term at DE. So do I.

---------------------------------------------------------

Here's a trade idea for you as a Cowboy fan to mull over.

The Boys need TWO Defensive Tackles for the new scheme. At best they'll get one with their first round draft pick.

The Boys have an extra ILB who will go to waste sitting on the bench.

Sean Lee is a beast so they'll keep him and they want a solid wall at both DTs in front of him to form a solid 4-3 triangle. If Bruce Carter isn't on the market for a starting caliber DT, he should be.

The Browns are making the switch to the 3-4 and have excellent DTs, Ahtyba Rubin and Phil Taylor. Carter is coming off an injury and is unproven so any trade of Carter for one of those DTs would recquire more.

The Browns lack a second round draft pick due to the supplemental selection of WR Josh Gordon.

Rubin is only 26 and tips the scales at 330 lbs. He's a monster, back-to-back 80+ tackle seasons, in his prime. Dallas couldn't get a guy like him with thier first round pick so a trade of Bruce Carter and the Boys second round pick would make perfect sense for Dallas.

The Browns drafted James-Michael-Johnson and had a couple of young guys flash and they've picked up a few LBers in free agency already so they may not have a high need at ILB but they'd probably be interested in a deal of Carter AND Dallas' second round pick.

Bracie, on Lee and Carter, one will play mlb and one will play wlb. They will compete in camp.
Lee is the more proven as a MLB and he's bigger 245 lbs to Carter's 240 lbs.I think Sean Lee can be a monster but they have to keep him healthy and that means they have to 'cover' him with a wall of two solid DTs in front of him to form an effective 4-3 triangle. They'e got nothing at DT right now, I mean nothing that can possibly 'cover' any MLB Lee or Carter. I just think Sean Lee is better and could turn into a monster but they have to 'cover' him with two solid DTs in front of him so he's not taking on O-Linemen who outweigh him by 50 to 70 lbs every play.That 3-4 scheme had Ratliff penetrating which left him 'un-covered' hence he as getting hurt every year. He's a talent IMHO but they have to 'cover' him to make him really shine.Carter 'could' play outside in a 4-3, I think he's got the speed but that isn't the point.They NEED two DTs and reasonably, the best they could do in this draft is to get Sheldon Richardon or Slyvester Williams with their top pick.It would be a coupe if they could ship Carter and their second rounder and get Athyba Rubin AND land the other starting DT in the first round. That would do way more to help make everyone on that-D better than moving Carter outside and leaving the Mike 'un-covered'.

Not sure the Titans will pass on a guard with the 1st pick, remember Hutch retired.

They have Amano, Velasco and Harris listed as G/C as well as Kevin Matthews as C, but none of these guys are world beaters, not sure they'll pass up the chance unless one of the best DEs fall to them. I suppose it will be BPA - which might be a guard

It won't, I was just spit-balling.Saw the plan is to have:- Ahtyba Rubin at one of the 3-4 DE positions- Phil Taylor at nose tackle- Desmond Bryant at the other 3-4 DE positionBilly Wynn would be a backup at DE. They like Ishmaa'ily Kitchen probably to back-up Taylor at NT. I would imagine John Hughes will be the other backup.That's a really strong 3-4 defensive line and both Ahtbya Rubin and Phil Taylor can easily slide in at DT if either Jabaal Sheard of Paul Kruger put their hand in the dirt to become 4-3 DEs. Ahtbya Rubin has more value in the new scheme than what he'd fetch in any trade IMHO. Banner has said he has no plans to trade any D-linemen and I believe him.
