Fair offer? Includes Hopkins and Gurley (1 Viewer)

I have a lot of good depth at WR but not so much at RB.

I've taken a run at acquiring the 1.01 and David Johnson, to no success. Now I'm going to try for Gurley.

Was thinking I could offer Hopkins/Ajayi for Gurley/2.12 pick. Is that a fair offer?

I think it is a fair offer, but I personally would not make the trade. I would prefer you keep hopkins and ajayi, and trade a different WR for a slightly lower RB. Gurley would be great to have, but not at that price. I think you have the WRs to grab any RB between the top 5 and top 15. Cook, Gordon, Hunt, Mixon, Freeman, even CMC are going to be considerably cheaper to acquire and give great ROI compared to what you have to spend for Gurley. If you have to spare an RB ajayi makes sense, but partner him with Tate, Garcon, or picks to get that top 10 rb.

Your RB's are so thin you really can't afford to give one up in a trade plus you are giving up a lot just for an upgrade at one position.  I'd try and package a couple of WR's for 1 RB and not even worry about the draft picks.

The RB dispersal in this league is weird.  Plus a couple guys that have players worth trading for either don't trade (Cincinnati) or won't unless they can "win" a trade (Oakland).

I think you are on point targeting that Steelers team for an RB, but still think you should aim slightly lower at Hunt or Mckinnon. Both of those should move up the PPR rankings next season if things go according to plan for each team.

Gurley and Hopkins are pretty much a wash as far as start up value. I think you are slightly overpaying since I value Ajayi over 2.12.

That may change after the draft. Assuming eagles dont take a back early or pickup a free agent, ajayi is the lead back. Uncertainty around ajayi has hurt his trade value for me as well. 

OR, the other owner may just be sucked into the hype train for Saquon. That is a fair offer. 

Have you tried Tate, Thomas, or Adams for Hunt or Kamara? I'm surprised the D Cook owner won't trade, that fella needs WRs.

Near as I can tell the Cook holder (Cincinnati, the 1.01 holder) hasn't made a single trade in two years. Maybe I'll try for one of the others.

Hunt's team owner was last year's champ.
