Thought I would check. Hope they clear it up by this weekend. Lucky me, I just paid our leagues fees...great.
Haha....resolved the problems, my @$s .... now I can at least get on the site, but only to a page that says the following:I emailed my complaint to Customer Service. Here is the email I received from them this morning:
"Thank you for contacting Fanball Customer Service. We apologize for the problems you experienced on the website the night of the 24th and during the day on the 25th. We had a hardware failure that caused problems with logging in and accessing teams, leagues and online draft rooms, however we have resolved the issues that caused this failure and the website is now functioning properly. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for you or your league members.
If this response does not answer your question or comment to your satisfaction and you wish to follow up, please reply directly to this email.
At Fanball we are always looking for ways to improve the quality of service provided to our customers, if you have any suggestions for improvement we would like to hear from you. Please send your comments to supportfeedback@fanball.com."
However, as of this morning the site is still down. We have our draft tomorrow evening in a Fanball league. I have set up a league on espn in the event Fanball is still not operating. Next year we will be looking at another site to run our league.
When most of my league couldn't access the site and/or open the live draft room, customer service told me I could get a full refund but they will delete the league.I'm asking about a refund.

They took our money, and failed to provide acceptable service. They offered a refund, but then delete your team and league??????
