4th year on the site. guys are reluctant to move because all of our stats are stored.
just beware if you are thinking about fanball. i was hoping (again) that they would upgrade their servers. Alas, i am fooled again.

That site pisssed me off so much a few years ago (did the same thing as you, trusting that they'd get their #### together and hung on for another year). Couldn't your leaguemates just accept a cheatsheet and move to a site that's actually functional?

That site is nothing but a joke. I will never understand why people pay for something that is bad year after year.

Site crashed tonight during online draft. Total joke that we pay for this lack of service. This site makes CBS look like a class organization.

Grrr. I run a league on Fanball. We started there because it was cheaper (this was when everything but Yahoo had gotten pretty expensive and we didn't know about MFL at the time). Now my league doesn't want to leave because it's still cheaper and, as someone else said, our league history is there.
When it comes to $ I like to be democratic (it's a bunch of friends, so keeping the league happy is a priority), but I may have to put my foot down after this year.
IMO, it seems like the same problem every year: they don't have the server space to accommodate all of the trial leagues people set up. It seems like after the free period ends most of the problems clear up (though not always). Totally unacceptable.
