I searched this topic on here and nothing came up - question is what do you believe is the fantasy baseball equivalent of footballguys site? I consider this the gold standard for FF - is there a site comparable for baseball?

Nothing that I've found measures up. The fantasybaseballcafe.com has a solid forum. The user base isn't as large as it is here but there's lots of good discussion. For articles fangraphs.com is the place to go.
