I picked up Bard a week ago... just in case.I also drafted two top shelf closers (Nathan and K-Rod) and explicitly avoided Papelbon. Something odd about him I've never really liked.He hasn't been his normal self this year. Its so funny to watch the waiver wire as a reds fan. Pitchers that go against the reds pitch the game of their year and get picked up only to get dropped after their next starts. Hitters get picked up after their huge games against the reds only to be dropped after they go hitless in their next series. Here's a tip...pick them up before they play against the reds.
