This is a keep 15 league, and my team was in bad shape heading into this year. I've been trying to get younger of late, but had this trade offered to me yesterday that seems like it may be too good to be true. I probably already would have done it, but can't decide who to drop. So, 2 questions 1) take this trade 2) who do I drop?

My first reaction was to drop Helton, but surely I can get something for him, right? Also, with Garcia coming off the DL Sunday, who should I drop to make him available? As you can see, my team still has quite a bit of work left, but what are everyone's opinions on this?
