We had a huge pinata in the office for Cinco De Mayo and the remnants (about 10 lbs of candy) are stashed on a bar 20 feet from my desk. I'm trying to get down to 200lbs for the first time since I am 15 and this isn't helping the diet.

Instead of eating the candy, I'll try to talk about what is best of the bunch.

ETA: Forget about Mike and Ike, added

Skittles out of the top group, but I don't really like that type much.

Voted "other" in the second group (Twix). Kit Kats are pretty damn good though.

Racist

Hooked on:

Snickers

Reese's PB Cups

Twix

Kit Kats

Snickers is the go to. I am not a fat ###, but it is taking its toll.

Peanut butter Twix's were the best then they changed the cookie part to chocolate and now they suck

Classic Whatchamacallit was great too, ruined when they added the caramel <_<

No gum included? I always have a Dentyne Ice Peppermint on hand.

I don't buy much candy except maybe for a flight I'll but Mentos or Starburst.

Milky Way as a chocolate option.

Mike and Ike

2nd question was harder. Love the classic peanut butter cups (as apparently many others do)...but they fall behind Charleston Chew and Whatchamacalit to me.

Was very hard picking between those and went with the Whatchamacallit.

I can never eat Reese's Peanut Butter Cups again. I once went to a local beer distributor and they had the mini's on the counter. I bought a few of them.

I ate one whole and then took a bite out of the second one. Just as I was ready to eat the rest of the second one, I saw something moving in it. There were tiny worms in it.

The third one also had worms in it.

Reeses PB Cups are the best, then Kit Katt. Used to love the old school PB twix but they changed it when it came back and not as good...

skittles and starburst if not looking for chocolate based.

Milky Way midnight. I don't enjoy the regular Milky Way bar as much.
Good one.

But other than buying the full bar...you cannot just get a pack of the minis.

Has to be in one of the variety bags and then you get stuck with a crap ton of crappy Butterfingers too.

Other - Just about anything with Dark Chocolate and I have always liked the Skor bar
Same here. Take 5 with the pretzels in it is pretty great too.

Sugar based : other. Wonka Bottlecaps are the bane of my existence. Luckily they're not everywhere, or I would be diabetic for sure.

You didn't have an "all of the above option." :P

I chose other on the sweets. Jelly Beans, just like Ronald Reagan. Love Jelly Bellys. Every once and a while, especially around Easter, we will get one of those huge containers of Jelly Bellys from Costco and they just disappear. Love picking through a handful for flavors.

I toured the factory in Wisconsin about 4 years ago. While I don't eat them, the tour was very interesting. If you hit their store, they've got all the flavors. Diabeetus city.
